Alyce is the owner of Studio 321 Fitness and Dance since 2007. She is CPR/AED certified and AFAA certified in group exercise and personal training and has taught all types of group exercise classes since 1999. She was one of the first wave of instructors trained to teach Zumba® classes back in 2003.
She was featured in the 2008 infomercial and was a cast member of the Cardio Party and Sculpt and Tone 2008 Zumba® DVD’s. And she once was a licensed Zumba® Jammer. Alyce is licensed to teach Zumba®, LaBlast® and Pound® and was the first to bring all these formats to the area. She also created her own class called Shake and Sculpt Step.
